KIRA
An independent music producer and songwriter hailing from Germany, KIRA is a YouTube pop sensation at only 17 years old, rocking over 69,000 subscribers and over 7 million views.
After discovering VOCALOID through osu! in 2010, KIRA went on to produce his first set of covers using vocal synthesizers in 2013, ultimately leading up to his debut original track KANKAN DANCIN featuring the voices of the sibling VOCALOID pair, Kagamine Rin and Len. From there, he kicked off his first original English tracks, hitting the scene hard with Circles in late 2016, and absolutely destroying all of his previous records with MONSTER in late 2017.
Fusing the classical pop sound with a distinctive VOCALOID and Japanese-themed twist, KIRA's work features all the grit and muscle of modern triple-A pop tracks, accentuated with a masterful command of a variety of virtual idols to create something that is both distinctly new, but incredibly relatable.
