osu! Beatmap Blueprints Available & Contest Details

Introducing the newest product to the osu!store... Beatmap Blueprints.

Now you can beatmap anywhere you want! No admin approval needed - just go ahead and slap them on your books, fridge, laptop and all over the neighbourhood.

Each pack contains two 8.5" x 11" custom sticker sheets featuring elements from the game! Sheet 1 contains 54 hit circles; while Sheet 2 contains 7x sliders (various shapes), 8x blank hit circles, 2x slider direction arrows, 2x approach circles, 3x various phrases (激, 喝 , 999x) and 1x small osu! logo. Each sticker is kiss cut for easy peeling. More details here!

Contest

To celebrate the launch of this new item, we're running a contest to see who can make the best beatmaps IRL, using the Beatmap Blueprints.

So, if you've already purchased your set of Beatmap Blueprints, get to work! Pick your blank canvas and build the beatmap of your dreams. Points for creativity.

Prizes

First place wins you an osu! store pack featuring 1x osu! tablet, plus 1x osu! sticker set and 1x osu! sticker set 2 as well as a 6 month supporter tag! A selection of the the best submissions will be posted here too, each of which wins a four month supporter tag

Rules

  • Entries must be submitted in the form of a photograph
  • Submissions must use the Beatmap Blueprints to qualify.
  • Everything in your image must be your own work
  • Photos must be G-rated and safe-for-work.
  • Deadline for entries is Sunday, 31 May 2015, 00:00:00 UTC.

How to Enter

  • You should use the Beatmap Blueprints stickers to create an osu! beatmap in real life.
  • Post a web-friendly (370px wide by 320px maximum) image in the official contest thread
  • Link to a larger print-friendly image
  • You can upload the images on https://up.ppy.sh/ or https://puush.me/
  • You may enter more than one image, but you can only win one prize. If you have more than one entry, please keep them all in a single forum post.

By entering, you agree to let us use your photograph on the osu! website and social media accounts. Only entries that follow all rules will be considered. Winners will be chosen by a panel of osu! staff.
