Ruleset

  • This is a 1v1, head-to-head, single-elimination tournament.
  • In order to participate, you must have the "Subscriber" or "Friend" role on Doomsday's Discord (hosts and mappool selectors are ineligible to enter).
  • Each round will be BO7 (first to 4).
    • The Grand Final will be BO9 (first to 5).
  • Should more than 28 people sign up for the tournament, qualifiers will take place.
  • The top 28 scores from the qualifiers will progress into the Round of 32.
  • The Top 4 from last CorgiCup ( Bubbleman, Karthy, Rohulk and zelda101) all have automatic qualifications into the Round of 32 should they accept their invitation.
  • Referees will create the match and invite players 10 mins before the match is due to start.
    • If a player fails to turn up before or on the time their match is due to start, a 10 minute timer will be started. After 10 minutes, if the player has still not shown up, the other player wins.
    • If both players fail to show up, the match can be rescheduled during the times given.
    • If a player wants to reschedule their match with an opponent, they must talk to their opponent and provide proof before Friday, 23:59 UTC, before matches are due to start.
  • Warm-ups are allowed from the Round of 32 onwards and are optional should a player request one. (Note: the warm up should not be from the mappool the players are due to play and must have a drain time of 5 mins or less.)
  • After warm-ups (should there be any), both players will !roll to decide who bans/picks first. Loser of the roll bans first and winner of the roll picks first.
    • For qualifiers, the mappool will be played in order.
  • Each player is allowed one ban per match. The tiebreaker cannot be banned.
  • If a player disconnects during the match in which the outcome would have been different. A rematch can be offered under the Referee’s discretion.
  • Score V2 will be used.
  • For FreeMod picks, players must select a choice of HD, HR, EZ, FL or a combination of these mods.
    • Players can choose to play FreeMod picks with DT if both players agree.
