osu!mania South East Asia Champion 2020 is an osu!mania 4K 1v1 tournament with double-elimination bracket format.
The scoring system used will be Score V2.
It is mandatory to all participants to use Stable (Latest) version or the other later versions of osu! that support the usage of Score V2.
There is no limitation for participant amount in registration.
No rank restriction applied.
Multiaccounting is strictly prohibited.
Please be punctual in attending every match that has been scheduled.
Any kind of advice can be delivered through the staffs.
Participants will get a notification from responsible referee that match is happening in 10 minutes before the schedule. Once both participants are ready please let the referee know, so they can invite both to the lobby as soon as possible.
The referee will ask both participants to do a roll for warmups and banning maps. The highest roll goes first, then the next participant goes afterwards.
If the referee assigned for the match isn't available or they don't show, the match will be assigned to another referee. This will postpone the match by 15 minutes, and if there's not a referee by the given time, the match will be postponed and rescheduled to another time.
With the preceding rule, participants shouldn't pick or use a provocative warmup. If something happens about that, the referee must talk with the host and the guilty participant will be strictly punished.
Participant will have the second roll to decide the one go first in picking a map.
Duration of the warm up maps is limited on 4:00. Any star range applies.
If a disconnection happens within 30 seconds after the map starts, the referee has the option to abort and restart the match.
Lag isn't a reason to restart a match.
Visual mods such as Hidden, Flashlight, Fade In, and Mirror are allowed.
No Fail (NF) mod is also allowed.
More information around Qualifiers and Post-Qualifier stage, refer to this
link for more information.
Every referee and participant should be treated with respect following the osu! community rules.
If a participant breaks any of the tournament rules, it will lead to disqualification of the participant.
All matches will begin according to the schedule time unless there's a reschedule request by any party.
Time suspension will be given for 15 minutes if there are still participants who have not entered the match lobby.
In case there's a participant who have not entered the match lobby after the 15 minutes time limit, the match will be declared as Win by Default towards the other participant.
Reschedules are available within 1 day before the first match from the respective stage starts. This doesn't apply for the Qualifiers stage, where participants are available to make reschedule of their lobbies during the qualifiers week.
